CA, Director

Darren Gillman joined the firm in 1992. He has over 25 years’ experience and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

His areas of specialty include taxation, wealth planning, financial accounting, audit and business management for SMEs and family businesses.

Darren has worked on many successful business sales and acquisitions for clients. Darren is a life member of the Ormond Jets Basketball Club having served as their Treasurer and Code of conduct Officer for over 5 years.

He is a very passionate Essendon Football club member.

Cheryl commenced with the firm in 2000. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant. In March 2019, she progressed to Director of the company. She has a broad range of knowledge including accounting audit experience to assist business owners.

Cheryl works with clients who are keen to embrace modern strategies. These include cloud accounting, the ‘paperless office’, and other efficiencies that technology is able to provide for today’s business.

Cheryl is mother of two primary school aged children; in her free time she enjoys long distance running and is passionate about supporting her local community.

Carol joined the firm in 2006. She is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Practising Accountant, Chartered Tax Advisor and Authorised Representative to advise on SMSF services.

Her areas of specialty include accounting and taxation, capital gains tax, business advisory, family business, cloud accounting and superannuation. Carol has a passion for travel and hiking.

Paul joined the firm in 1995. He is a Chartered Accountant and Authorised Representative to advise on SMSF services. His areas of specialty include accounting and taxation, GST, property development, business advisory and superannuation.

Paul is a life member of his local cricket club including 10 years as Treasurer and Level 2 cricket coach. Currently coach of local girls’ cricket team.
